1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fomze services, representing standard cloud-hosting boilerplate parameters, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Usage

Our infrastructure services must be used for lawful purposes only. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to hosting malicious content, spamming, or participating in DDoS attacks, will result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Fomze cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform necessary maintenance, which may result in temporary downtime.

5. Wallet

The FOMZE wallet is optional and is not required to buy a server. Wallet balance can only be used to pay for FOMZE services. It is not transferable to other users and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Unused top-ups can be refunded to the original payment method on request, as described in our Refund Policy.
